When looking for the hotel, just keep going until you see the Hotel sign, its hidden but it is there. Decent place to stay. I got the 1 room 2 beds with A/C for $800 pesos. They accept cash, visa, master card and American express. If you need anything, you'll have to ask in reception. I didn't see any housekeeping services. It seemed like there was internet available but was never told about it and forgot to ask as well. One night it rained and the water was seeping through the window, very light but still, not good. The pool was nice, it is getting messed up so if you have kiddos, be careful. Other than that, it is a pretty hotel. Also, they close the gate at 11pm, you can ring the bell and they'll open if you get there after hours. So far, it'll be the only hotel I'll be using whenever I visit Tulcingo Del Valle.
